*** THIS IS NOT OUR OWN WORK. THIS IS BY LOGAN MICHAEL ALBERS ***Where many students struggle and fail to pass

It’s a class where numbers nearly cease to be

And mathematics become an alphabetical catastrophe

As you begin to take integrals and fight off the derivatives

You find your calculator fails to be the aid it once was

This material has become tough stuff to the extreme

And you must rely on brainpower to find an “A” few and far between

The tests fly and the graphs become rather become intricate

As you find your eraser in constantly sweeping up a bit

A bit of your mistakes, a bit of your struggle

As the brain is fried in the juggle

Yet as the course rears its sinister grin

A few fellow classmates join together as a calculus kin

Together they fought off the insidious beast

And made it through to semester in one piece

With grins of victory and passing grades all around

They knew that those rates of change would never win this showdown

Calculus was defeated and these students had won

With their share of trouble and some good clean fun
